You need to know how much power is being used by each section, factory or area and without a good meter panel setup you'll be left lacking.

In high-occupancy residential apartment buildings and other shared accommodation locations where the electricity is purchased in bulk and sold on individually to each tennant, meter panels provide a way to monitor and report on the usage of each section.

For both commercial and domestic use, the installation and maintenance of meter panels must be carried out by a licensed electrician. It's important to keep your meter panels running smoothly so you can determine how much power is being used in different locations at any time.

For commercial installations, "The Complete Package" might also include range sensors around equipment and new installs of switchboard panels to give you more control. In residential situations, mains supply upgrades might also be required if you're splitting up a block into units or smoke detectors and exit lights for safety in common areas.
