Switchboard Upgrades

Given the important role switchboards play in a building's electrical setup, it's important to keep these up-to-date. Upgrading the switchboard can provide improved control to operators, and often extra safety features. 

The building may be extending, or if renovations are being done or extra equipment installed - a switchboard upgrade can help complete the job.

You might simply need more power from the electrical generators running behind the switchboard, or the fuses might need a look-in if you haven't had the switchboard serviced in a while. Regulations can sometime cause the need to upgrade a switchboard, so whatever the need you can let Snapper Group handle the lot.

My switchboard has Circuit Breakers – does this protect my staff from electrical shock

The fuses or circuit breakers in your switchboard are not designed to protect you from electrical shock. These are designed to protect the circuit wiring of the building from overload, which will cause fire. An RCD (Safety Switch) will reduce the severity and likelihood of your family or staff experiencing serious electric shock.
